Welcome to the team, Jamie Eckert!
We are proud to welcome Jamie Eckert to the team as the Tomahawk Institute® Sales Development Representative. Jamie has an extensive background in military service, law enforcement, and specialized training in technical operations. With nine years of experience in the U.S. Air Force, including deployments in the Middle East, Jamie transitioned to a career in law enforcement. Over a span of 20 years, he served as a detective with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. His expertise further extended to tactical operations as a member of the Bergen County Regional SWAT Team for more than half of his career.

Law Enforcement Continuing Education
In Q1 2025, we relaunched with 72 law enforcement departments and nine components from two of New Jersey’s largest counties. In December 2024, Tomahawk updated the entire active threat certification training for those agencies. We deliver our Patrol Officer Tactical Response curriculum, which is a comprehensive approach to interior tactics that is applicable in the active threat environment and day-to-day law enforcement operations.
